T6212, adding sound card, lose front headphone / mic jack?

If I added a Sound Blaster Live! card, does this mean I can no longer use the headphone and mic jacks on the front panel?

Live is very old. You should have gotten an audigy 2 pro, it has a breakout box which has many connectors.
