T-Mobile To Go or Virgin Mobile; What's best?

I am having trouble deciding whether to get T-Mobile To Go with the Motorola V300, or Virgin Mobile with the Flasher V7. I am a young girl who will be talking quite often and using multimedia frequently, so those two factors are very important for me to consider. This is not my fist cell phone, so I have grown aquainted to how cell phones work. If you know neither of these services are very good, do you know any other prepaid services with tons of multimedia options, cheap rates, and flip phones with cameras? I would appreciate any info! Thanks much!
