I'll share my experiences; I had Cingular since ?97, but dumped them in January ?04 because of billing irregularities and unfulfilled promises. I moved to AT&T, which announce their merger with Cingular a couple weeks after I 'ported' my lines over. I'm encountering the billing problems again now that Cingular is back in the picture. I personally prefer the GSM network over those offered by other carriers, so I'll probably move over to T-Mobile, when AT&T customers are forced to upgrade to the new Cingular 900 format in July. My only suggestion is to keep all your paperwork, and should you have conversations with salespersons at company owned stores, get business cards, and jot down comprehensive notes, you'll need to refer to these notes when the billing problems start. Good Luck.
Hi,
I'm a T-Mobile subscriber and planning to switch to a new provider. Right now I'm considering to move to Cingular.
Will it be a better move? Please share your experiences.
