It seems the package hasn't installed properly. With norton you need to uninstal the entire program first then reinstall - but be very very careful to follow the instructions - and before you reinstall, download RNAV2003 from norton which will make sure you have completely uninstalled everything.
let me know if you have any problems - but u must be careful with norton otherwise you can dig yourself into a bigger hole - so be warned!!!

In reply to: Re: SystemWorks 2003

go to the norton site:-
run the diagnostics utility and do a search of the knowledge base as well

get "Rnav2003.exe" and "symclean.exe" or one for your version

to properly uninstall NSW do the following

make sure u have uninstalled live update and live reg in the add/remove progs

delete but backup everthing in your "temp"

delete everything in program files\common files\symantech shared

delete everything from your NSW directory

delete everything from \documents settings\all users\application data\symantec

in "regedit" do a search for any words you can think of associated with NSWorks including the following and delete

"Live" and delete all entries associated with "live reg" and "live update" (but make sure they for norton)

hope this helps

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
