If you want to disable things that are running in the background and that starts automantically at startup, go
Start -> Run. Type msconfig and then enter. A window named system Configuration utility would open. Click on the startup tab and then uncheck the boxes of the programs you are SURE you do not need. do not uncheck systemtray.exe. Click ok and restart your computer. Try to also install a spyware detector like ad-aware because it is likely that thjose programs are spywares.
