SYSTEM32 Folder missing from Windows Driectory

Hi all,

This is an offshoot from another problem reported here, my SYSTEM32 folder is missing from C:\WINDOWS directory. Can anyone help? Windows XP PRO SP2, DELL 8400 Series computer, where can I get this folder? Dell support?

Keeping details together may lead to a cure. But given only what you posted here, call Dell and let them fix it.

We also lost this folder or at least one of them.

About 3 mounth ago we lost a system 32 folder from our Dell 4400 and after a mounth or so of problems we lost everything and after a complet reload of the system its all fixed with all new windows updates problem fixed.
P S it was weeks before final melt down.
sorry and we hope this is not your fate and find a fix but after 3 years our system is better than than its been for years.
