system wont turn on

My computer worked before the lightning storm, but not after. Its rather obvious what happened, but my question is... What is the probable cause of my lifeless PC... A fried MoBo, or a fried Power Supply?

PSU POSSIBLE

The PSU may have a fusable link - some do. The link melts and shorts the supply in the case of a surge or overload. Try another (compatable) PSU first.
