Opening Sound and Audio Devices, places check mark on
"place icon on task bar" only puts it there temporarily. Going back, the check mark is still there but the icon is gone from system tray/taskbar application notification.
I have throughly cleaned all viruses, spyware, malware, parasites, I.E. temp folders and windows temp files. Even ran disk defrag completely.
