What power supply rating?
Dec 15, 2004 10:36PM PST

What else is in the box?

And is there a heatsink and fan on the CPU?

As to the power, I'd expect nothing less than a solid 400W PSU or if a cheap unit, 450W.

How did XP get installed?

There are those that try to move a hard disk with XP from one machine to another and learn a lesson about that.

Try less parts. And is the BIOS...
Dec 15, 2004 11:18PM PST

Try one stick of RAM, just one CD/DVD drive and the BIOS must be the latest and try the SAFE defaults in the BIOS.

If not, call the place that supplied the parts and ask which needs to be exchanged.

Thanks Bob

I tried with 1 stick and it did the same but I think I didn't try with the other one so I will try that and try the BIOS too. I went through disabling the DVD and HD one at a time but same thing.

Thanks for your help I really appreciate it.

Have a nice one!!!!
