System Restore for Windows Vista

I recently purchased a new computer with Windows Vista as the OS. Previously I had Windows XP. On Win XP, if I had a problem after installing a program I could go to Help and Support from the start menu to restore my computer to a previous date and reverse the problem. Win XP gave you a calender to select a previous date from. How do I accomplish this on Vista? Thanks.
