System restore

Jul 28, 2004 8:28AM PDT

I've recently gotten my computer back from the dealer after he had to replace my video card, I just tried to use my system restore to correct a problem with my resolution but the system restore had been disabled by the dealer, after turning it back on I've found out I can't restore to any previous dates, only today (7-28-04). What can I do, I'm trying to get it back a few days and it won't, If I click on any other day it does nothing, please help!
