System reset

Sep 1, 2016 7:56AM PDT

My laptop wasn't working so I did a system reset. All my programs and files have been erased is there any way to restore them?

You restore just like you did when you bought the laptop.

That's what a system reset does. Makes the laptop just like new. At that point you install your apps and copy in your files.

the system reset basically overwrote your programs and files. you MIGHT be able to recover some files by using recuva or some other recovery utility but not programs. If you decided to try any recovery utilities, you need to stop using your computer now. the more you use it, the less chance of any recovery.
