I have an HP Pavillion g6-2228 DX laptop running W8. My computer is running extemely slow. I am trying to reset to factory specs. I enter Recovery Manager, "select system recovery", continue/yes", computer goes into restart & reboots, comes back up "please wait" then the computer goes into black screen and just sits there with no furthur action.
Has anyone run into this problem and if so is there any fix?
