System recovery disc

My new desktop Inspiron 1545s-6055NBK keeps asking me to make recovery disc- Dell Data Safe Local Back Up but on the window I cannot find the "next" that it refers me to. It appears to be out of range and I cannot move the page to get to it. Please help, this is very annoying every time I turn on the computer it wants me to make these disc. I am ready with new DVD's to make the back-up if I can ever get to NEXT..Thank you.

This should be a free question for Dell.

If they don't provide a fix or solution to this one, the next call is to ask for a refund for the defective machine.

Each time I turn on my computer it requests I make the System Recovery Disc. I am unable to do so because the screen of the window runs off the bottom. It continues under the task bar and I cannot get to where it says "next" to click so I cannot download to the dvd disc.
If I could downsize the screen I think I could get to the bottom but the corner cannot be reached. Hope I am making myself clear. It would be nice to make the System Recovery Disc as requested. Thank you>

problem solved

Since my last message I have been able to move my task bar to the side and was able to see the rest of the window where the "next" was hidden underneath at the bottom. I was able to make the recovery disc with no problem after clicking on "next". thanks anyway.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
