system process sz server---how to delete

ok so everytime i boot up laptop and try to go to internet homepage i cant b/c sz server doesnt allow me too....if i ctrl-alt-delete and close sz server then i am allowed to access internet...i know there is a way to get rid of processes not wanted but i have forgotten how to do so...any help is greatly appreciated....also...on my new desktop pc when i use internet explore pop-ups always come up saying add/remove prgrams and whenever i click close it closes all windows any help to this would be greatly appreciated thank you

Operating systems from both would sure help?..What type of internet connections are you using for each computer?

In the meantime, use the instructions in the links below to stop some of the unnecessary start up programs and processes on BOTH of your computers.:

For Windows 2000/XP, ignore the first couple of sentences about checking "resources" and the "Performance" tab in the link below but follow the rest of the procedures including the "Services" links at the bottom.
