System Information

Hi, I am currently using VIsta Ultimate and I'm wondering if there is a fix to this problem.

After installing a certain program or running windows update (not sure which the problem was), my processor information, ram information and and rating is not avaliable in the systems information in the contorl panel but it can be seen in the bottom of clicking "computer". The problem looks like this, http://img486.imageshack.us/my.php?image=vistane4.jpg . I heard it was a AIM problem but after a fresh install of vista, it didn't occur.

Along with that, I had the No Network - server execution failed problem which was fixed by reading http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1185469&SiteID=17.

I am currently running a e1705 dell laptop which had Vista Home Premium then I installed the Vista Ultimate to see if it had the same problem which in this case, it did. I reformated and it didn't happen till something was installed and i restarted the laptop.
