If that's the case, CONTROL PANEL->SYSTEM & SECURITY->BACKUP & RESTORE->CREATE SYSTEM IMAGE, then follow the procedure. You can use DVD, Hdd. or Flashdrive. It may take more than 10 dvd.

Acronis True Image or Symantec Ghost. These are commercial image software packages and you can find some free ones on downloads sites on the internet. CNET's Download.com has some. My company has a system image that has all the basic applications installed and used when we get new PC's or if PC's get corrupted. An image is just a copy of your OS drive compressed into an .ISO file. Alot of people use them when they replace a HD with a SSD. I've done this around 4 time all using Acronis True Image.
