Right now I'm running windows me with a 40gb hard drive and 256 ram memory.One day I tried to get on my computer and a blue screen came up and had this on it.While initializing device V86MMGR insufficent memory to initialize windows.Unable to continue loading windows due to insufficient memory or due to insufficient free space on the swapfile drive.System Halted.that is what it said.Now I can't get into my computer.It will not even boot into safe mode.Every time I try something it pops up with the blue screen and the message I wrote you,please help
