HELP!!!! I work for the state government and we have loaded on our state computers the SCOTLAND YARD employee in/out board. We are stuck. There is no access to the link to order the license. I continue to get a message that I am not authorized (401). I have tried to contact this site via phone and e-mail with no result. Do anyone have any suggestion on how I can get past this huge road block?

Answer
Usually not your issue to solve.

That's a governmental IT issue and they would fix it, and if need be call the software vendor to have them correct the issue.

no phone number

the phone number listed for this site is no good. I've tried and tried to call it with no results. which makes this even more frustrating.
Also, I tried to access this site from my home with the same message "not authorized." So, it's not just the state computers.

That's a sign. Not a good one.

It's possible the company has folded and if they did you can't solve it. Your IT or government IT support is called next. When a company folds like that, what happens next is like watching a slow moving train wreck. It's never pretty and never ends the same.
