Synctunes on windows?

I need something for windows because I wanna sync my Itunes library with my PSP and unfortionitly am stuck with windows for a bit.

So I've been digging around as to why I can't instal synctunes and apparently it seems to be just for macs so does anyone know a program for windows? or how to instal synctuens if its compatable with windows?
