There's a little confusion inherent in the naming, but I am referring to the desktop application Windows Live Mail. Trying that is my first suggestion, which should shed some light on whether it is an Outlook issue or truly a server-side problem.
I've been using Windows Live and syncing it with my Outlook 2003 program without problems for the past 2 or three months. As of acouple of weeks ago, however, it no longer syncs. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook Connector (including the beta version) with no success. When I hit send/recieve I recieve the following error message:
Error in Mail
The server reported a temporary error.
Error: 5102. Server. Xfs request 'SyncBinary' failed. Response code: 'InternalServerError', server response: '999 0'.
Any ideas on what I can do to fix the problem. I'd hate to have to change my email address to another provider.
