Synchronizing Mailbox

As of the 31 December 2015, I am not able to access all my email accounts.. I use three email accounts with Outlook 2007 and only one of these email account is working satisfactorily, the other keep flashing up with error messages see here below one such message. any help is resolving this would be highly appreciated.

It's one of three:
- a problem with your .pst-file
- a problem with the connection
- a problem with the server

The first issue is easy to test: compact it. tells how. Make a copy first, in case it corrupts even further.

My pst and connection are all ok, I believe the problem is with the server, seem there is an issue connecting to MSERV
