Dcriet,
I don't have any experience with laptops, so I'm hardly qualified to answer this question. However, http://www.google.com/search?q=synchronize+laptop gives sponsored and unsponsored links that might be helpful to you.
But it could very well be, in my opinion, that the laptop already came with such software. It's a rather basic need for a laptop.
Why don't you ask the office IT-staff? They might be able to recommend a product they support. There might even be rules that installing your own software on the business desktop isn't allowed. Or is this a business without professional IT-staff?
Except for Outlook, this is not a typical MS Office question. You'd better ask this question on the Computer Help forum, which gets much more visitors with much more experience with this subject.
Hope this helps.
Kees
What is the preferred way to synch a laptop, used in and out of the office, with a desktop. Both operate in a XP Pro environment. Particularly want to synch Outlook, My Documents & My Pictures.
