Synchonize passwords between ad <-> openldap

Is it possible to synchronize openldap and ad passwords with services for unix?

Whatever is missing to make it happen.
After that, you get to assess if you created a security issue.

I have little interest in coding this, but see that it is not a click here solution, so I share that it is going to take some code by you. I'd give a team of decent coders a design specification and a few months to create it.
