Question

Sync most recent photo from NAS to MacBook

Jul 11, 2016 1:35AM PDT

Hi,

I currently have a MacBook with 120Gb of storage. Most of it are family pictures I would like to keep.
I have bought a home server I use as a NAS to backup all my MacBook drive.

However, as my MacBook is almost full, I would like to store all my family pictures on the NAS and only keep on my MacBook the most recent pictures (for instance the last couple of years) so I can still see them on my Mac when I am offline.

Do you know if there is a tool (either on the NAS side or MacBook side) which can automate this?

Thank you for your help.
