My wife and I brought in her Macbook to the Apple Store to replace her top and bottom case components due to cracks that were appearing. After the repair, we got the Macbook home, and the hard drive crashed. So, after another trip to the Apple Store to have teh hard drive replaced under warranty, her Macbook is back up and running (and we now have a Time Capsule to back it up).
Problem is that all of her songs, iCal calendar events, contacts, etc are on her iPod Nano, and since the Apple Store installed the Leopard operating system on the new replacement hard drive, iTunes sees her iPod as having been sync'd with a different computer (even though the serial of her laptop has not changed). We need instructions on how to sync her existing iPod Nano with her newly installed hard drive.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
