Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.2 Policy

We were given this upgrade, and I installed it as a standalone on a windows XP sp2 machine. How the heck to you set firewall policies, and the such? There seems to be a default policy in place by Symantec, but I've poked all around the software and cannot find how to open ports or close them or stuff like that.

Can this even be done if it is installed on just one PC?

I want to be able to set this stuff my self.
