Symantec email proxy deleted message

I just received an email from Symantec with the above subject line.

detail Message properties show only text file as follows:

Subject: Symantec Email Proxy Deleted Message

Symantec Email Proxy deleted the following email message:

From: tugcharcoal@yahoo.com
To: "myaddress"@"mydomain".com
Subject: hello
-----

Is this a legitimate email from symantec or..??

After I read a few of the link you gave me,

I realized that might also be the cause of my email sent with outlook express to a 'group' name in my addressbook disappeared (it didn't reach the destination address--even the same address as the sender--... this thing started to happened about a couple weeks back.
