Sylvania SMPK8854 MP3 Player

I didnt get a CD with the player or instructions. I am trying to find the product on the web with little luck too. Its a Sylvania SMPK8854 4GB, MP3, Video player. Anyone know who to contact for info on this thing? Please help!!!!

The converter software on the mini CD is called: "AVIConverter QVGA 20f En Setup.exe"

The only place I have been able to find a download of it on the web is a Chinese site:

Most of the text is in Chinese but the hot link for the download filename is in English. It looks as if the link works.

i hav had no luck being able to find videos or games i can download on to my mp3 to see & play. i would hate to think i spent that money on somthin i cant use cuz i would hav gotten the other 1 for just songs. please can any1 help me

i want to buy one, but i wont if i cant find games bc/ i dont need vidio. i can buy a non-vidio mp3 for a lot less, so can anyone tell me where i can download games (preferably for free)

I have searched high and low to find the software, thinking it would solve my issues with SMPK8854B. These two websites I discovered the next day, thought would be helpful to anyone in a similar situation.

My MP3 player touch screen was frozen and it also would not sync with Windows Media Player.

Turns out, all I had to do was to push the pinhole reset button, was able to sync with media player. Never lost any music after resetting.

P.S. I am opperating on Windows 7.
