swift sweeper---WECP

using reg cleaner(original free version 4.3) after startup I get wecp -update,wecp- cleaner,wecp- groups,wecp -swift sweeper, all New after I delete,I get a new wecp-swiftsweeper line whether I delete there or in regedit keys it always comes back,I have opened C: drive looked individually in each file, nothing ,doesn't show up in ad-aware,spy-bot,AVG, Belarc,Should I go to it's website ,download the program then delete??

I would run some on-line scans:

Please run the Housecall online virus scan located at:
Follow the prompts to scan your hard drive for viruses. Select the "Autoclean" option so that Housecall will remove any viruses from your system.
When the scan is finished, please restart your computer.

please run the WindowSecurity trojan scan here:
Remove any trojans found, and restart your computer.

i have done as you said since I have dial-up (roughly 28) it's taken till now to finish all 3, trend micro found 2 adware+2 vulnerability,i downloaded windowsecurity and it stopped at 11:00 saying that it stopped because of iexplorer, this morning I got up decided to retry,so it downloaded another 1600kb then found 2 objects couponbar and VX2, just finished bit defender that stopped short too found 3 files one was a keylogger.w then2 in system volume,shut down again then opened reg cleaner still there

yes I do have spybot 1.5.2,I use advanced and I went thru tools and settings.no

Just to let you know I've used everything and wecp/swiftsweeper still loads at start-up everyday no change
had about 10 other medium range that ad-aware or spybot and AVG +AVG antiroot kits haven't picked up

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
