Let me be brutally frank. Symantec is misfiring here and there. Ask them for a fix or resolution and if they ask for more money to help you fix what should be an install and go package, then just go elsewhere.
It's a dud and rather than suffer further, let's go with some company that is not on a steep decline.

I get a svchost error after installing NAV 2003 svchost.exe has generated errors...
This is an error message I get after re-installing NAV 2003 (NAV 2003 ran good up till a few weeks ago).
I am running Windows 2000 Pro with all the latest updates and patches etc.
Searching MS's knowledgebase has not resulted in any usefull info.
