SVCHOST ERROR MESSAGE

JUST HAD MY PC REFORMATTED FINE FOR COUPLE DAYS AND NOW EITHER ON SHUTTING DOWN PC OR BRINGING IT UP, I GET A BOX THAT I CAN'T SHUT DOWN WHILE SVCHOST RUNNING.. UNSURE HOW TO CORRECT THIS OR WHAT IT IS.. WHEN I PUT IT IN FIND AND CLICK IT.. A BLACK DOS PROMPT BOX COMES UP WITH A CURSOR.. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.. THANKS IN ADVANCE.. LEXY

What antivirus scans have you done?

Try a Web based scan like Housecall.

And your keyboard seems to be stuck in uppercase. Does the virus/trojan do that?
