after you post a problem/complaint/comment in Feedback, do you return to to check if an answer has been provided?

the software should email all responses to the originator. Some of this stuff is so incorrect, I'm sure it's just a time bomb planted and they move on to the next forum.
to a discussion thread to get email notifications, but I do go back to the forums to read regularly and check for new posts. That's how I knew Lee was ignoring me......lol

Actually I too recognize the ones you are really alluding to who "pitched a *****" complaining about what Lee had already clearly stated were items (font size for one) he was already working on.
But I guess I moan and whine from time to time, so I felt I could be included under the heading.

I see it as rude; but, as I have said many times before, I believe the anonymity of the Internet gives some folks the excuse they need to be an a$$, or at least more than usual

I posted a comment/suggestion to which there was no reply. Not a big deal, though. Its something they read and could take it or leave it.
and given some feedback. I have no craving for personal attention and respect the time and energy that Lee and others put into these forums as well as the permission I've been given to lurk, learn and contribute when I can. But, more times than not, some reply has eventually come and that's been gratifying.
