Thx

What do you want to know that isn't in the user manual?

My view on products and the sales force is this.

If the maker and seller are not answering pre-sales questions, why buy it? If they don't take the time now, what happens after the sale?

In the USA, it's 1800SAMSUNG to ask more questions.

Installation details

Page 18 of the owners manual says 'leave sufficient space on the right, left, top and back
for air circulation'. How much is that?

My kitchen cabinet shop wants to leave so much room that the fridge would
no longer look 'counter depth'.

On the same page one of the drawings seems to say the water supply line
needs to come from the middle of the cabinet, near the floor.

The drawing is very small and it is unclear, as there is no notation in inches
as to where it needs to be.

Likewise the dimensions (corner to corner) are a little unclear as to how many inches
required to tilt the unit up after getting it in the kitchen.

Local dealer was not certain. Several YouTube posts mention installation details are lacking.
I have to agree.
