You may want to narrow down the field just a bit.

You are talking big money.

Here is a sample of the best:

Any one of these cameras/lenses will cost between $15,000 and $20,000.

And many will say that they are not the best.
They would be thinking about Hasselblad Cameras
$40,000 just for the camera without the lens.
NASA uses Hasselblad cameras.

Just for clarity sake: I am referring to compact digital cameras - not DSLR`s.

Since there is no perfect camera, there can be no definitive answer to your question.
Cameras excel in one area but do poorly in another area.

Here is a comparison review that was done about a year ago on Super zoom cameras.
It tries to answer your question but in the end gives you three winners. But does not define which is best of the three.
They are listed in alphabetical order.

Since the testing and comparison was about a year ago, there have been newer models of almost all of the cameras that were in the test.

You may or may not be able to extrapolate the old camera into the new models and come up with the same results or better results.

I have not seen such a comparison test of the latest model super zoom cameras.
