What are the specifics on JAVA
by DarCLew2 / August 16, 2006 5:59 AM PDT

I have Java 2 Runtime Standard Edition 5 update 7 which autmatically updates, I selected custom as the smaller of the two, typical will give you all languages. I gave up on Norton and Symantec.com and use Computer Associates and it will update and I stay online. mine says jre1.5.0_07 and it was from www.java.com (there is a newer one-08!)
It was on www.filehippo.com and this is the link:
