I have a samsung smart tv UE46ES8000 with the latest formware installed. Two days ago it started happening that when I vist a samsung app store via my tv, the icons wont load at all. I can see the text of the apps, but not the icons. I've tried plugging the tv out of the main socket but that didn't help. What can i do to restore the icons in the app store? I hope I wont have to revert everything to factory settings.
