I could only officially recommend having the unit serviced in the country it was purchased and intended for. Unfortunately, I don't know about compatibility guides that would allow for parts. A technician from Samsung's customer service in your region would be able to best assist in this situation.
I bought Samsung HT-TX715 home theater in South Africa, After a year the power supply of the player got damaged due to high voltage. I have been looking for the power supply unit but to no avail, is there an way out? Or is it possible to get the player only from Samsung?
