Suitability for teacher

Dec 17, 2004 6:50PM PST

Hi

I am a teacher and was wondering if todays PDA's have the functionality I am looking for. Also how functional is the software as I am aware they are cut down versions.

My thoughts are that I could input my students and classes (categories) into pocket outlook and use it to keep notes and appointments on my students and classes. Also keep track of meetings etc. Be able to keep attendance (may need to export to excel for that one), tasks to do etc. Can I comfortably do all that and sync with my pc for printing etc. Also do any pdas have voice dictation capability.

Any recommendations on current models?

Thanks
Michael
