What heating problems?

This model is a gaming laptop and does indeed run hot. It's the nature of gaming laptops. Again, I have yet to find a GAMING LAPTOP that runs cool enough not to heat up the surfaces.

Is that what you mean?

yeah not only that but I just have read that there have been many issues with it, but according to someone on notebookreview forums, the problems have been dealt with for the most part. im just skeptic about buying it and not getting what i paid for

Many owners forget it's a laptop and try to use these on the wrong surfaces. You can't distinguish if the owner was unaware that these need a hard flat surface to run on to let the air flow or did they try it on their bed then flame over the heat issues.

And no. I have yet to find any maker change the design to avoid this issue. They expect folk to know this. It's a shame no care and use guide is packed with this high powered laptops.

gaming laptop

If you looking for a gaming laptop then look at Ijust got this laptop yesterday, and I'm truly amazed at the gaming capabilities. So far I've played League of legends and Audiosurf both on the highest setting possible with practically no stuttering.
The back of the screen panel lights up which looks kinda neat, but I don't really care about the looks as much as the performance.
It has Intel Core i7-720QM Processor 1.6GHz with turbo boost up to 2.8GHz which is very fast and 6GB DDR3 1066MHz DRAM, 2 slots, 8GB Max.
CPU performance and multitasking is sweet and responsive.

Also, the design of the actual computer is very attractive. The logo on the back lights up and looks very nice. The keyboard is backlit and is very bright. The track pad is one of the nicest I've used on a laptop. It has tons of ports, too. 4 USB (3 of them are 2.0), eSATA, Firewire, HDMI, Mic, Headphone, and Line-out, LAN, and VGA.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
