Suggestion - CNET web site feedback forum

by FL_Guy / July 15, 2006 11:58 PM PDT

Lee et al, please consider creating CNET forum area(s) for feedback on CNET web site sections and pages (many of which do not currently include feedback links).

Such a forum or forums would be useful for submitting feedback on CNET web site features such as product category summary web pages.

For example, CNET product category summary lists/pages seem to (IMHO Happy often omit key products, info, and or points, and would REALLY benefit from reader feedback/comment links.

Thanks for listening. I find the CNET forums very useful, and this would be a great way to make the forums even more useful, and improve what CNET offers readers in the process.

Their feedback form...
by John.Wilkinson / July 16, 2006 2:37 AM PDT

They actually have a general feedback form for Editor reviews, newsletters, videos/podcasts, etc, which can be found by clicking here. You usually won't receive a response, but rumor has it the messages don't go directly to the recycle bin. Happy The same would be the case in a forum (requests/suggestions not being replied to), but the expectation of a response in a forum would be greater...that's the only issue I see with it.

Just my random butting-in. Happy
John

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
