Let's look at the average battery LIFE. I see them rated at 300 cycles so if you did this daily you would be buying a battery every year. Are you really that keen on paying that premium rather than keeping it on AC when possible?
And yes, there are Dell, Sony's that have such but it's a big world and I can't list all 196 countries and what models might be found.
