When shooting video, you will almost always be better off using a video camera, and CNet does have a camcorder forum.
That said, my concern with any small sensor device--FZ150, other compact hybrid photo/video camera, or camcorder--is that they won't be bright enough to use with amateur or semi-pro concert lighting, and most pro concerts don't allow video recording.

Hi guys, I am in the market for a new camera that does 1080/60p and has a mic input to attach an external mic and is below $400. At the moment, i think panasonic fz-150 is my best, though i am still looking for other models. I will be using this camera with my zoom h1 to record live concert videos. I willl use h1 as the external mic. Thanks!
