Suffering from back pain!

Hello guys,

I would like to get your opinion here. I am suffering from back pain over 6 months. And no suitable relieve yet. I am worry about this don't know what to do. However, I am thinking to try with dynamic stretching. Is this helpful. And also I am following a site from where I got the useful tips too.

Can dynamic stretching tips help me to remove back pain naturally? Thanks!

Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. It gets people out of a sitting posture and puts the body in a neutral, upright position.

Also, remember to move in moderation. Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place.

find a therapist

who knows how to stretch the lower back properly. That's what I did and then taught my wife the same moves. Has helped for past 30 years with bulging disc. One day I may have operation to fix it, but everytime I think so, I hear horror story by someone else who did it and ended up worse off. Also, I'd not let the VA touch it!

Back patch for pain

I have been using a back patch for pain that has been working quite well. They have two type of patches that are different. Constant Back Pain Relief

I suffered from lower back pain for years before I finally decided to do something about it. Being a former college athlete, I just kept the "no pain, no gain" mentality and thought it would go away with stretching and proper exercise. Well, it didn't. I went to the doctor and had the proper exams done and thankfully it was nothing serious. So it was up to me to find better solutions to cope with the constant back pain. So I stick to my daily stretching/exercise and then when my lower back cramps up, I rub on some Absorbine Jr. pain relieving cream. I completely agree with Timmy that it provides the perfect about of relief on my bad days. I don't use the liquid he mentions but the cream does wonders. So on days when I haven't visited the chiropractor, Absorbine Jr. is the best option.

I used to have chronic back pain, but that changed after a made some adjustments in my life. First, I chance my diet and start to consuming healthy food. By eating healthy, my body started to feel wonderful because I was not put inflammatory substance in my body . Secound, I start exercising three to four times a week. Find a professional medical help

No amount of forum discussion can help. Listen to your body. If something feels off, get medical attention. Sometimes, the things we brush aside as mere back pains or just a light wound can be a lot worse than what it actually is.

Stretching is definitely helpful!

Stretching can definitely help alleviate your back pain. I would be careful with dynamic stretching though as sometimes it can lead to more strain. I would very carefully lead into stretching moves/positions and not push yourself. Stretching should HELP the pain, not cause more. So the second you feel true discomfort, stop for sure. I've suffered from back pain ever since I did ballet. I'm a big proponent of combining stretching regimens with topical pain relief, I use Absorbine Jr back patches if the pain gets really bad. But sometimes I'll just use their topical pain cream for a bit of relief and then I'll stretch while it's active so I can get the most out of it. It's all about finding the right balance for your specific pain. If it's persistent though like you say it is, I think you should go to a doctor to see if there's a larger problem

Stretching helps for sure, but you can also use heat gel

Stretching has been proven to help for back pain, so I recommend doing that for sure. You can also try to rub some heat gel on your back to help it relax. It will loosen the muscles and make the blood circulation go better, which results to less back pain. I had back pain for years myself, I have learned how to relieve back pain from the following article: Back Pain Relief. This has helped me a lot, and I can now enjoy a pain free life. I would really recommend this to anyone that suffers from back pain.
