When this happens we test with an Ethernet cable next. We do not proceed until that test is done.
What also happens is the WiFi fails in a lot of smart TVs so our fix for that is a Roku or Amazon box or stick.
I have a Suddenlink modem arris dg3270a (wireless), unable to sign on to it with smart Television. When I first got TV, I was able to sign on and stream Netflix. Now the TV searches for modem and finds the modem. But when I put the password in, the results are that the TV can't find the modem. The modem sits in the room next to the TV. Would a router help to fix the problem or is there another solution?
