The problem isn't really clear, since there are no spinning dots at the BIOS screen. It's Windows showing those while it is thinking about what to do more before showing the login screen.
I'd boot into a Windows 10 install disc or stick (that you can make with the Windows Media Creation Tool (if you don't have it) or the recovery drive you made (did you?) and see what the various repair options do. But it could be it's some hardware issue, and then that kind of repair won't be enough. When you're up and running again do a test of RAM and hard disk.
Take care that you don't delete things you want to keep and forgot to backup during the repair!
I have windows 10
I was working on my computer when things slowed down and one window completely (windows Explorer) completely stopped responding when I clicked end process the entire screen turned orange,
I waited a bit pressed ctrl alt del, after a while a 'please wait' screen showed up but did not load anything for a long time so I had to shut down using the power button
Now when I start the computer is stuck on the bios screen and dosent progress beyond the spinning dots.
What's going on and how can I fix it?
