You forgot to tell us what company you are writing about.
Has anybody that had a problem with this company successfully gotten the full amount of their money back? I too was tricked, and although my order wasn't cancelled (since i negotiated the price for the extra battery down and unluckily agreed) I think that might have been best. It's been 10 days now and they still haven't sent an shipping confirmation, so i get the feeling they probably don't even have it in stock. How should i go about this???
PS If worst comes to worst i am willing to lose the 20% but hopefullly thats a last resort. I already cancelled my credit card so that they can't charge anything else to it, but at the moment i'm $315 out...
also, since the credit card IS cancelled, if i do find a way to get the order cancelled, how should i get my money back?
