I have samsung smart tv UE55H6044.
I can't play mp4 format movies with subtitles. What i must to do? The folder name, the movie name and the subtitles name are the same. Movie and subtitles in same folder too.
As i know, my smart tv must play mp4 format movies with subtitles.

Unlike a PC, these Smart TVs may or may not do this. HARDSUB always works (see google.) There's some that claim naming the video something.AVI may work.

Select Subtitle on Tools Menu

You can enable/select Subtitle from Tools Menu. Play the movie and press "Tools" button. Then select "Subtitle". If more than one language subtitle file available on same folder then you can select the language.
