Question

Subtitles

I just got the LG Oled55B8PUA and watching the Jack Ryan show on Amazon Prime last night we got to subtitles come on when the characters were talking in another language.
It seems the TV and Prime are both putting out subtitles. Is there a way to stop one of them. I have tried the settings in both and cannot fond anywhere to do it.
I have also googled it with no luck.

Did you see that either in the built in prime video app settings or via the amazon prime site (account settings via a computer)?

I'm calling it a bug. Always call in software bugs like this since you tried the settings and they did not take.
