People doing creative work didn't study computer engineering, but something creative or communication or game design.

Moreover, MS (if you mean Microsoft) is not known at all for providing creative software. If you mean something with "master studies" it depends on the university what they offer.

Better go and talk to your study advisor.

Let's hear more about what MS is.

I think someone that takes computer engineering along with art classes is well equipped for the future. Now if they are also a musician, what a power house they can be in the future.

Now for heresy. Be sure to not get too hung up on any OS or development system. I've seen folk do nothing but Java but get lost when we hit IRL (in real life.) Just a few months ago a small job came up and I thought, "This looks like a job for Python." It was and the problem was done in a few hours. They had originally set aside a month for the work. A good example where you don't want to over specify what tools to use.
